By accessing or using Engage Pilot you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Engage Pilot is a CRM platform for managing WhatsApp and Instagram business communications. The service includes contact management, lead pipeline tracking, campaign sending, and inbox management for businesses.

By using Engage Pilot, you agree that you will:

• Have a legitimate registered business
• Only message contacts who have opted in to receive communications
• Comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy
• Comply with the Instagram Platform Policy
• Not send spam or unsolicited messages
• Not use the platform for harassment, abuse, or illegal content
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorised parties

• You are solely responsible for obtaining proper opt-in consent from your contacts before messaging them
• All marketing messages must include a clear opt-out option
• Message templates must be truthful and not misleading
• Violation of WhatsApp policies may result in your WhatsApp number being suspended by Meta
• We are not responsible for any suspension of your WhatsApp number by Meta due to policy violations

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Engage Pilot you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined at engagepilot.in/privacy.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to your registered email

• We are not responsible for message delivery failures caused by Meta's infrastructure
• We are not responsible for account suspensions imposed by Meta due to policy violations
• Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid in the last 3 months

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice
• You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings
• Upon cancellation, access to the service ends at the conclusion of your current billing period

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes via email to your registered address. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
